Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a full refund.
• Requests for rescheduling are accommodated if made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Refund Terms:

• Full refunds are issued only for cancellations made within the stipulated 48-hour notice period.
• Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.

• All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.
• The time frame for cancellation and rescheduling is strictly enforced to ensure fair scheduling.
